We carry out job order production tasks in the area of sheet metal treatment. That’s to say, we manufacture components from customer drawings. The materials we can process are mainly structural steel (S235, S355), stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4404) or aluminium.

Our job order production carries out services such as forming of sheet metals through edging, milling, blasting, priming, painting and welding of small, medium or large assemblies.

Our CAD department looks after any further processing of customer drawings. Our priority is always close contact with our customers and the precise implementation of customer requirements. Missing data or measurements will be identified and incorporated. Our specialist staff will carry out translation into programming language for further component manufacturing.

In order to protect the products developed by our customers, we put a strong focus on data protection. We are happy to sign all relevant confidentiality agreements.

Should it become necessary during our job order production to appropriately re-stamp the materials, our team have all necessary material testing qualifications.

We can deliver direct to clients or an alternative preferred delivery address (e.g. final customer/construction site). Before dispatch all components are properly packaged and labelled with stickers and bar codes, as required.
